Gathered around the beautiful Mississippi river, bringing the states of Iowa and Illinois together, is a community of 400,000 people spread across, what is called, the Quad Cities.

From agrictulture to the arts, the Quad Cities is known as a good place to live. However, the sad truth is that most are missing out on the good life entirely as they live a life without God and the salvation found in Jesus Christ.

In order to meet this great need, we are starting a church in Davenport (the largest of the Quad Cities). This church will be a church that preaches the gospel and believes the Bible to be true and applicable to all of life. The work of Jesus through his Word, the Bible, solves all the probelms we experience in our personal lives, our friendships and families, church, and society as a whole. This church will hold to Reformed theology and worship and is a church plant of the Presbyterian Church in America . With your help, we can make this dream a reality!

Meet the pastor

Ryan was born in Dubuque and grew up in Des Moines. He has had a heart for Christ and the Church for as long as he can remember. After spending some time working in the IT world, Ryan attended Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis where he received his M.Div. He has served in churches all over Iowa. Ryan is married to Carli and has four wonderful children. He loves delicious international foods, spending time outdoors, and listening to people’s stories.
